Repeat, repeat, repeat. You hear a word, an expression, an entire sentence that you think you might use later on, say it to yourself a couple of times. Say it until it sticks. If you do it long enough you’ll find yourself naturally using it in a conversation at some point in the future.

Üben, üben, üben. Wenn du ein neues Wort, einen Ausdruck oder einen Satz hörst, von dem du denkst, du möchtest ihn gerne benutzen, dann sag ihn laut und leise ein paar Mal auf. Mach es so lange, bis er fest verankert ist. Wenn die Zeit kommt, wirst du ihn ganz natürlich in dein Gespräch einfließen lassen
